Shipping policy

We ship to selected countries (according to shipping company destinations list).

If you don’t see your country in the shipping address form - please contact us using the contact form and we will check that for you.

We do our best to ship orders within 72 business hours after payment is received, but due to COVID-19, it might take more time than usual, as well as delivery itself by the shipping company.

Please make sure your address is correct when placing an order.

Please keep in mind that the price of the delivery depends on the weight of the package.

Please note, if total items weight in your order is above 2kg and/or contains products in glass packaging so it might be sent in different packages with different tracking numbers that will be provided to you after order is shipped.

We can suggest several types of delivery:

- Delivery with Eco Post – orders are delivered within 9-11 business days (but not limited to) and can be tracked in the Israeli post office and other countries (https://mypost.israelpost.co.il/itemtrace). Please pay attention to the fact, that packages of not more than 2 kg can be shipped with this type of delivery, otherwise, the order will be shipped in more than one box/package.

- Delivery with EMS – the faster delivery within 7-9 business days. Orders are trackable in Israel post websites for all countries (https://mypost.israelpost.co.il/itemtrace).

When filing an order, please keep in mind, that import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office prior to buying.
