Organic Agave Syrup

Agave syrup has the lowest glycemic value of all types of sweeteners, which stands at 32 in the glycemic index and is due to its being based mainly on fructose sugar as it exists mainly in fruits.

Sweetness - Despite its low glycemic value, agave syrup is one and a half times sweeter than sugar.

Flavor - The syrup has a fine sweet taste with no side effects.

Suggested use: Sweetening hot or cold drinks. Can be combined with preparing a marinade for a dish. Replace a cup of sugar with 3/4 cup of agave syrup. Topping for muesli (yogurt, granola and fruit).
